 A note from Dean - February 14, 2011

Hello folks,

We are well into February 2011, and for most of us in the Swim Game, it means Championship meets are upon us- where we want to perform our best. February 2011 is also the one year anniversary of the  very successful and memorable Winter Olympics held in Vancouver—some of you may have watched the CTV special this past Sunday night. February 2011 is also approximately 14 months away from the 2012 Olympic Swimming Trials meaning the actual 2012 Olympic Summer games are only 18 months away. In the upcoming months we will be providing updates to the Swim Ontario High Performance plan for the next quadrennial, some learned notes from my monthly report (Boles Notes) will help keep you informed as well as you may have noticed we are catching onto the fast moving  world of communication as we have posted several video interviews. In the meantime, have a look at this video presentation by Greg Wells, PHD and Head Physiologist for the Canadian Sport Centre Ontario.
