The following members or registrants have been found to be in breach of Swim Ontario polices and procedures or the Swim Ontario Comprehensive Code of Conduct.
Matthew Bell - Impact of Sanctions applied - On November 7, 2017, Swimming Canada suspended Mr. Matthew Bell for life from participating in any Swimming Canada activities.
Middlesex Swimming allowed an uncertified swim coach to be the sole coach on the pool deck for the swimmers competing at the Windsor Aquatic Club Spring Invitational held on April 7-9, 2017 contrary to Swim Ontario procedure and in breach of the terms of the meet package. Middlesex Swimming shall have the privilege of hosting a swim meet suspended for a period of sixty days beginning at June 8, 2017.
Tim Ebbs, an uncertified swim coach, was the sole coach on the pool deck responsible for the swimmers competing at the Windsor Aquatic Spring Invitational held on April 7 - 9, 2017 contrary to Swim Ontario procedure and in breach of the terms of the meet package. Tim Ebbs is to be suspended from all Swim Ontario sanctioned activities for a period of seven days. This suspension shall end as at June 16, 2017.
Mr. Santino Curro - was found to have contravened the Swim Ontario Comprehensive Code of Conduct and Ethics Clause 3 and Clause 13 (l) and (m). Mr. Curro was suspended from his officiating duties from February 17, 2016 through March 18, 2016 inclusive.
