Krystin Steinke - USC - Head Development Coach

Swimming for CREST sparked a love for the sport of swimming that began a path down a 25+ year career on deck as a swimmer and then coach.

My coaching career began at CREST then SCAR and now USC cumulatively giving me the opportunity to work with swimmers from pre-competitive levels through masters. The majority of my experience has been in development and age group coaching and it is the age group I am most passionate about.

I have had the privilege of developing, managing and implementing several grassroots, pre-competitive programs within my career which has allowed me to utilize my background as an ECE within this sport.
