Each club has 4 Conference registrations included in their 2025-2026 Affiliation fees. Additional registrations can be purchased for $50 each. All attendees must register. Conference registration includes:

- 1:30-4:00 Coach Presentations
- 2:00-4:00 Administrators/Club Boards Presentations
- 4:00-5:30 Social/finger food
- 5:30-7:00 Wayne Goldsmith - Continuous Evolution
- 7:30-9:00 Social/Fireside chats
Saturday
- 7:00-8:30 - Breakfast

Officials Seminar Information

Registration for the Officials Seminar is free (registration required). Seminar Registration includes the following, however officials must indicate whether they will be attending Breakfast and Lunch on their registration.:

- 1:00-3:30 - Lunch and Awards Celebration
