Code of Conduct Update

As of September 1, 2023

Swim Ontario is implementing a revised version of our Comprehensive Code of Conduct and Ethics procedure (Code). The Code applies to all clubs and Individuals, where Individuals are defined as:

All categories of Membership within the Swim Ontario, as per the Swim Ontario Bylaws, as well as all individuals engaged in activities with Swim Ontario, including but not limited to, clubs, athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers, managers, administrators, directors and officers of Swim Ontario, and parents/guardians of Swim Ontario Registrants.

The Club agrees that all swimmers, parents, officials and coaches will abide by the Swim Ontario Comprehensive Code of Conduct and Ethics. The club acknowledges receipt of this Code and further agrees to inform all members of the club.

The new Code applies to the conduct of all Clubs and Individuals as of September 1, 2023
