January 24 Update

The following was sent to Club Presidents, Club Registrars & Administrators, Head Coaches, Meet Managers and Club Official Administrators.

As was previously communicated, Swimming Canada’s service provider recently experienced a cyber-attack that has affected access to the Registration, Tracking and Results system (RTR), as well as the Learning Management System (LMS). An investigation by cyber crimes professionals is currently underway.

Swim Ontario staff is working with Swimming Canada to create workable, interim solutions for those processes affected by the attack.

The Interim Sanctioning and Competition Process has been developed in conjunction with Swimming Canada.
