2025 Swimming World Cup - Volunteers Wanted!

October 20-25, 2025

Dear Canadian Volunteers,

As you may be aware, Canada will be hosting its second World Aquatics Swimming World Cup event from October 20-25, 2025 at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.

Toronto will be the third of a three-stop tour this fall, as the short-course swimming series touches down at TPASC, which has welcomed such major events as the 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games, and three Olympic Swimming Trials and the 2022 FINA World Cup.

The Toronto stop competition days will take place October 23-25, 2025, with athletes arriving beginning October 20, 2025.

The planning is well underway with support from many partners, specifically Government of Ontario, Sport Canada, TPASC and Swim Ontario.

We are also looking for large numbers of volunteers to support different aspects of this event, i.e. registration, airport logistics, access control, ticketing and more.

Volunteers will be needed from Monday, October 20 to Saturday, October 25

Arrival and Pre-training days: Oct 20 - Oct 22
Competition days: Oct 23 - Oct 25
We ask that everyone consider the many, many volunteer positions that are needed to run this event.

Officials who would consider helping in non-officials positions are asked to complete the volunteer sign-up form.
- The application to officiate at World Cup is closed. Officials selected by Swimming Canada will be contacted in September. Those not selected can consider helping in non-officiating positions by completing the volunteer form.
Swimming Canada provides unisex adult size t-shirts for volunteers.
You will be asked to upload a photograph of yourself for your accreditation. This photo has very specific guidelines necessary to be accepted by World Aquatics and Swimming Canada.
