Provincial Competitions Bid Process 2025

Swim Ontario is pleased to launch the hosting bid process for 2025 Provincial competitions. For more information on the new competition format, click HERE.

We currently have confirmed facilities for the following events:

ONTARIO AGE GROUPS (OAG)	February 27-March 2, 2025	Location 1 - Markham Pan Am Pool Location 2 – Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre	Location 1 - Markham Pan Am Pool - 13-14 Heats & Finals & 12 & Under & Para Level 1 - Timed Finals Location 2 - Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre - 15 & over & PARA Level 2 - Heats & Finals
ONTARIO MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIPS	April 25 – 27, 2025	Markham Pan Am Centre	- 3 Days - Short Course - Single Ended - 2 sessions a day - Timed Finals
ONTARIO SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS (OSC)	July 9-13, 2025	Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre	13 & Over/PARA Level 2 & above - 5 DAYS – WED – SUN - Heats & Finals 12 & Under & PARA Level 1 - 3 DAYS – THURS-SAT or FRI-SUN TBC - Timed Finals
ONTARIO OPEN WATER CHAMPIONSHIPS (OOWC)	July 19-20, 2025	Gull Lake, Gravenhurst	- 2 Days - Open Water Events - Age Group & Masters Event Categories

We are currently seeking hosts for ALL of the provincial competitions for 2025.

Clubs interested in hosting are required to complete the 2024 Provincial Competition Hosting Bid Form.

Clubs awarded the hosting bid will be required to sign a hosting agreement, LOU or MOU and submit the Provincial Competitions Financial Template.

The hosting application process deadline is June 28, 2024
