Through to June 2029
Swim Ontario is proud to announce a new partnership with Middlefield, beginning June 2025 through to June 2029. This multi-year sponsorship underscores Swim Ontario and Middlefield’s shared commitment to supporting athletic excellence and community development across Ontario.
Swim Ontario is the provincial governing body for competitive swimming, dedicated to promoting and supporting swimmers of all ages and abilities. Through high-quality programming and development pathways, Swim Ontario plays a vital role in the growth of aquatic sport in the province. Middlefield is an independently owned asset management company founded in 1979, based in Toronto, with the goal of creating and actively managing innovative investment solutions for Canadian Financial Advisors and their clients.
“This is very exciting for Swim Ontario to partner with Middlefield, having them recognize and support the tremendous values of swimming provided by Swim Ontario,” said Dean Boles, Swim Ontario CEO.
As part of this sponsorship, Middlefield will support Swim Ontario’s premier provincial championship events, including the Provincial Masters Championships, celebrating adult and lifelong swimmers; the Provincial Open Water Championships, showcasing endurance and skill in natural water settings; and the Ontario Swimming Championships, the pinnacle event for the province’s top age-group and senior swimmers.
"Swimming has given me so much—strength, clarity, community, and joy. That’s why I’m thrilled to partner with and support the great organization of Swim Ontario— I and my partners and colleagues at Middlefield believe in nurturing the next generation of athletes, in building empowering programs, and in helping others discover the same peace and purpose I found in the water no matter what age one is." said Jeremy Brasseur, Executive Chairman of Middlefield.
Middlefield is excited to contribute to the success of these athletes and events, and to help foster a strong and inclusive swimming community across Ontario.
