CSCA Women in Coaching Summit

The CSCA is pleased to announce a virtual Women in Coaching Summit scheduled for November 21, 2020 from 1-5pm Eastern.  

This Summit is open to Female coaches of all levels and will feature sessions from Laura Watson, Kathie Wickstrand, Dr. Adrienne Toogood and Judy Riege.  They will also run two coach panel sessions, one in French and one in English, about Pathways to Success.   

Online registration is now available.  

The Summit will cost $25 for CSCA Members and $75 for non-members.  

Swim Ontario will be subsidizing the cost for this for the first 50 Ontario coaches that register.

Swim Ontario Women in Coaching Forum

Swim Ontario is pleased to invite women coaches from the Ontario swimming community to the Women in Coaching Forum first virtual presentation.

Engage-Inspire-Empower - the fuel for the 2021-2028 Swim Ontario Strategic Plan.

Saturday October 3, 1:00pm-2:30pm ET.

Education and Certification is a base line for coaching, however what could be the X factor for success is the experience gained and earned by doing or by having a mentor and being mentored.

Having a safe space to ask the questions, to listen, to learn from individuals or coach collective forums and talk swimming, talk coaching, share ideas, success stories as well the lessons learned from trials and tribulations.

The intent of this forum is just that—to engage and connect with women coaching leaders with the idea of inspiring those who aspire to embrace coaching swimming as a meaningful and positive profession and share experiences and insight to empower all to be better.

Saturday October 3 is a first step of many potential conversations, bringing coaches closer to share knowledge and experience that will lead to wisdom and insight.

There are many women leadership/coaching platforms available to you however we believe, we have some of the best here in Ontario swimming community.
