2026 Club Leadership Workshop
Join Swim Ontario in Blue Mountain Conference Centre October 3rd, 2026 from 2:00-9:30pm.
Our one day Club Leadership workshop and dinner is designed for board members, club administrators, presidents, volunteers and anyone helping their club succeed.
Whether you're looking for practical ideas, new resources, or the opportunity to connect with other club leaders, you'll leave with strategies you can immediately put into practice at your home club. Topics include:
- 2026-2027 Regional Revitalization Initiative - join the conversation and help shape the future of Swim Ontario's regional structure
- Navigating challenging club situations, including complaints, discipline and escalation to Swim Ontario
- Collaborative discussions on club governance, operations, finance and ideas you can take back to your club
- Tools and resources designed to support your club's daily operations and governance practices
- Swim Ontario partners will be available on Sunday for informal club conversations
Participation is already included as part of your club's Swim Ontario Community Development Fee for up to 2 club representatives. Additional representatives may attend for a fee of $50.
Please note: These sessions are directed towards club administrators. Coaches are expected to participate in the CSCA Conference as part of the weekend programming. REGISTER FOR THE CSCA CONFERENCE HERE.
Coaches registered for the CSCA Conference are invited to participate in the Swim Ontario Saturday evening dinner and Regional Revitalization discussion, but must be registered for the Club Leadership Workshop in the specified section to account for their numbers.
The Swim Ontario Officials Committee (SOOC) and Masters Swimming will also host dedicated information sessions on Sunday, October 4. Registration details for these sessions will be provided separately.
