Only Swim Ontario registered coaches can design training for athletes to do remotely as long as the training is done in a safe environment and is an Approved Activities.

Online Training/Insurance

Athletes are to be reminded to only use equipment in the manner for which it is designed. Only Swim Ontario registered coaches can conduct virtual live training environments with athletes registered with Swim Ontario.

Registered swimmers residing in the US

Swim Ontario and the insurer are pleased to report that the insurer has agreed to cover US swimmers (past, present and future) as long as they are registered with Swim Ontario/Swimming Canada.  These swimmers MUST obtain Travel Insurance that covers sports activities and includes accidents and illness.
