2023 Ontario Open Water Championships

Officials

Swim Ontario will be hosting two Open Water Clinics in May in preparation for the Ontario Open Water Championships at Gull Lake in Gravenhurst, July 15-16)
They are listed on the LMS site and officials can register via the LMS.

• Open Water Level 1 - Tuesday, MAY 23 at 7:30 PM 
  • Level 1 Official
• Open Water Level 2 - Tuesday, MAY 30 at 7:30 PM
  • Prerequisite is to have taken the Level 1 clinic
  • Recommended: some officiating experience at OW event.

Saturday

• 1 KM Race - course layout - age 11 +
• 2 KM Race - course layout - age 12 +
• 4 x 500m Relay - course layout - age 11 +

Sunday

• 3 KM Race - course layout - age 14 +
• 5 KM Race - course layout - age 14 +

    • Instruction Guide for entries HERE (once logged in click on "0" under Online Entries to see events)
  • Relays entry for individual swimmers (use the link above):
    • Use the SNC online entries system and enter in the 500m individual event (event # 309) to participate in the 4x500m relay
    • Once entries are validated, we will confirm the relay entry.
