July 12 update
- Water Quality is good
- Water Temp is 23 degrees (no wetsuit permitted!)

Fine Design Apparel will be onsite. They do have an online store as well which will remain open for a few days after the event. Orders done online will be shipped and not arrive before the event.
July 10 update
- Relay schedule has been changed. Waves 2 & 3 will switch start times. Wave 3 has Red caps.

The Saturday race times have been adjusted to accomodate the number of entries. Please see the Overall Schedule for changes. Note that all athletes must attend a Safety Briefing. Athletes must be at registration at least 1 hour before race start time.

- Instruction Guide for entries HERE (once logged in click on "0" under Online Entries to see events)
- Relays entry for individual swimmers (use the link above):
- Use the SNC online entries system and enter in the 500m individual event (event # 309) to participate in the 4x500m relay
- Once entries are validated, we will confirm the relay entry.

- Qualifying Standards and Competition Time Limits: Participants must be able to complete the 1 KM in 35 mins, 2 KM in one hour, 3 KM in 100 mins and 5 KM in 2.5 hours. There is no qualifying standard for the 4x500m mixed relay.
- NEW: A one-time Event Registration for swimmers not registered with a Swim Ontario/Swimming Canada affiliated club is available. Swimmers must be 18 years of age at the time of application.
