Swimmers that are on the waitlist are displayed at the bottom of the distance events as SCR ALT B. They are listed in entry time order. Final entry lists will show the position of each swimmer on the waitlist (#1-#5). Please refer to the bulletin for how waitlists will be managed.
Please Note: The change deadline has passed. We will accept scratches from events until Sunday, April 20th at 10:00 AM, at which point the meet will be final seeded.

Please understand that not all requests can be accommodated. The Entry Coordinator will review submitted errors, however only essential corrections may be made.
The meet is full and we will not be accepting late swimmer entries.
We are working on revising the warm-up and start time schedule. As per facility requirements, a split warm-up schedule will be necessary.
A fulsome bulletin will be sent via email and posted after the relay entry deadline.
Changes and corrections
Changes and corrections may be made up to the meet entry deadline without penalty. Following the meet entry deadline, corrections and modifications to entries may be made up until April 16, 2025 at 10 AM; there will be a $25.00 fee per change. All changes must be requested via meetentries@swimontario.com. The CSU will not allow changes after the entry deadline.
All relay members must be properly entered in one individual event.

There is no fee for relays (included in the swimmer entry fee)
Swimmers are restricted to 1 relay event per session
Mixed relays must be composed of 2 women and 2 men.
April 9 update
The CSU update has been delayed due to a technical issue. As a result, swimmers that completed their registration between 9 PM on April 7 and today are unable to register for the meet. The meet entry deadline will be pushed back to 7 PM EST to accommodate those trying to register this morning.
April 8 10:30 PM update
There has been a delay in the CSU update today and swimmers in the process of registering have been unable to finalize their registrations. While the entry deadline remains 10am April 9, swimmers in the process of registering will be accommodated to allow their entry into the meet. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
April 7 update

800 Free & 1500 Free Update
These events are full. Please do not select these events if you are registering or updating your events for the meet.
The entries for the first 40 swimmers (by gender) for the 800 Free, and the entries for the first 30 swimmers (by gender) for the 1500 Free will have an entry status of ACCEPTED in the CSU. Those on the waiting list (5 per event, per gender) will have an entry status of PENDING.
Additional information will be emailed to the waitlisted swimmers after the entry deadline.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
A reminder that the CSU is NOT Live with REMS and is only updated once daily past 10 PM.
Once you complete your consent forms in REMS (Sportlomo) you will need to wait until the following day before the CSU will recognize your REMS registration as Active and allow you to enter into the competition.

No Time (NT) will not be accepted. Please provide best estimate.
A maximum of 40 entries will be accepted for the 800 Free and 30 entries for the 1500 Free in each gender. Entries will be accepted on first come first served basis.
February 7 update
This competition will run Short Course Meters.
The meet is not yet sanctioned and Entries are NOT open.
Eligibility
All athletes must be registered as Competitive Masters swimmers with Swimming Canada. A valid Swimming Canada registration number is required for all swimmers, and entries without a registration number will be declined.
A competitor’s age is their age as of December 31, 2025
Ontario swimmers not associated with a Swim Ontario affiliated club can register as an Independent Masters ($62.50 annual registration fee) by contacting Ali Gur – ali@swimontario.com
Foreign competitors are welcome, subject to the following provisions. All foreign competitors must be registered with an amateur swimming organization recognized by World Aquatics. All foreign swimmers must be duly registered and residents of the governing body for which they are competing. All swimmers must be in good standing with their respective governing swim body. All foreign swimmers must have primary residence within the country for which they claim registration.
With the exception of USA Masters swimmers residing in the USA, proof of residency may be green card, driver’s license, or other document as deemed acceptable by Swim Ontario and shall be submitted with the Proof of Residence and Registration Status form along with Proof of Liability Insurance for a minimum of $2,000,000 to meetentries@swimontario.com
USA Masters swimmers residing in the USA must provide their USA Masters registration Card to meetentries@swimontario.com. Coverage for liability insurance is through their membership. Swimmers Registration will be verified with USA Masters Swimming.
January 30 update
