June 18 update

• Team Registration Form deadline changed to July 3, 2025

June 13 update

• Masters only: Entry limit updated to allow second individual entry (at additional cost) - See meet package for details HERE
• Mixed relay information added: Mixed relay teams must be comprised of 2 males and 2 females. Any other combination of swimmer genders is acceptable for entry but will be marked as Exhibition (EXH) and the team will not be eligible for awards.

Entry Information

• Entry Deadline: Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11:59pm.
  • No late entries will be accepted after the entry deadline
  • No substitutions for withdrawn swimmers are permitted
  • No day of "deck" entries will be accepted
  • No refunds for withdrawals after July 6th at 11:50pm.
• Qualifying Standards and Competition Time Limits: Participants must be able to complete the 1 KM in 35 mins, 3 KM in 100 mins and 5 KM in 2.5 hours.
• Entry limits:
  • Age Group Swimmers are limited to 1 individual event, plus a relay.
  • Masters Swimmers may enter a second individual event (at addditonal cost), plus a relay
  • Relay-only swimmers permitted (restricted to 1 relay).

2025 Ontario OW AGE GROUP Champs Meet Entry Form

Eligibility

All athletes must be registered as Competitive swimmers with Swimming Canada (SC) and Swim Ontario. A valid SC registration number is required for all swimmers, and entries without a SC registration number will be declined entry. Entries are closed to Swim Ontario clubs only.

• Swimmers entering the 1 KM & Relay events must be 11 years of age and older to compete.
• Swimmers entering the 3KM & 5KM event must be 14 years of age and older to compete.
  • The same age restrictions apply to Para Swimmers
  • Age is as of July 26, 2025
  • Age Group swimmers must be entered by their clubs
  • A registered club coach must be present at the event

2025 Ontario OW MASTERS Champs Meet Entry Form

Eligibility

All athletes must be registered as Masters Swimmers with Swimming Canada (SC) and Swim Ontario through REMS. A valid Swimmer ID and SC number is required for all swimmers.

A one-time Event Registration for swimmers not registered with a Swim Ontario/Swimming Canada affiliated club is available. Swimmers must be 18 years of age at the time of application.
