- Swim Ontario reserves the right to not select a full complement of swimmers for this camp

Age of Eligibility
- Year of Birth 2002-2007
- Age as of 31st December 2022
Performance Window: March 1, 2022 to April 10, 2022
Athlete Participation Fee: $2500.00
Swimmer Eligibility
- Swimmers must be fully registered for Swimming Canada/Swim Ontario
- Swimmers must meet Age of Eligibility listed above to be considered.
- All participants must meet the Swim Ontario COVID-19 Provincial Team and Event Activity Vaccination Policy and Procedure
- Individuals are required to provide their Proof of Vaccination.
- Swimmers who participated in the 2020 Olympic Games or the 2021 World Championships are not eligible for selection.
Selection Criteria
- Top 2 highest ranked Female and Males in the 1500 Free achieved during the identified performance window listed on Swimming Canada ranking system will be identified.
- The next six (6)(three females and three males) highest ranked swimmers in the 1500 free will be designated as alternates and will become eligible for selection should a vacancy occur.
Performance Eligibility
- Swim Ontario will only consider results in Olympic Events from all sanctioned long course(LC) competitions within the Eligible Performance Window.
- Only results that appear on the Swimming Canada RTR will be considered.
- It is individually clubs or athletes responsibility to ensure that results are uploaded to the Swimming Canada RTR
- Eligible swimmers must meet the qualifying standards for the competition.
Selection Timelines
- The two (2) highest ranked swimmers per gender in the 1500 Free using the selection criteria above will be notified of their eligibility for selection through their Coach of Record on Monday April 11, 2022
- Swimmers must confirm their attendance using the Swimmer Registration link by Wednesday April 13th at 5:00pm EST
- Swim Ontario reserves the right to not select a full complement of swimmers for this camp
Travel and Accommodation
- All travel and accommodation plans will be communicated by the Tour Team Manager to all attending confirmed swimmers.
Amendments and Unforeseen Circumstances
- In the event of unforeseen or unusual circumstances, Swim Ontario Performance Staff under the direction of the CEO has the full discretion to resolve the matter as it sees fit, taking into account factors and circumstances that it deems relevant.
Changes to this Document
- The Swim Ontario performance staff reserves the right to make changes to this document at its discretion.
- Any changes to this document shall be communicated directly to all eligible participants through their Coach of Record and published on the Swim Ontario website.
