New Club Applications
Complete applications must be received 90 days prior to a club’s intended start date. However, Swim Ontario may at its discretion, mandate a different start date to any provisionally approved club. Information in regards to requirements for new clubs can be found at links below

September 20 Insurance Update
We have had a lot of questions in regards to insurance and how the delays due to the issues with the REMS will be affected. Â Swimming Canada has told us the following regarding the insurance question from their carrier:
Regarding registration, as long as the swimmers are registered with their clubs and the coach has signed an agreement with the club (contract, volunteer agreement), they would be fully covered under Swimming Canada insurance program. The delay caused by the new registration system would not affect their status of insured.
This also applies to volunteer and officials provided they are listed on a grid or check-in list for clinics or activities.
