Knowledge Base New Documents and Supporting Guides
The 2025-2026 REMS Registration Guide is available on the REMS Knowledge Base. This includes updates for the 2025-2026 season. We encourage Club Registrars, Administrators and Club Official Administrators to read through these documents. There are new ways to navigate, step by step process to make things easier for REMS Admin Users.
To allow for self or group registration for officials, clubs and registrants will see two options for Officials Registration.
Official - Group Registration
If clubs are registering their officials, they should select this category in group registration.
An email will be sent to the official to complete their registration.
The process of registering officials via group registration is the same as swimmers, coaches and support staff.
This category does not require registration approval.
If clubs want their officials to self-register, the official will need to select this category when registering. They will see ALL available categories including swimmer, coach, etc.
Registrants complete their own registration using the link provided by the club.
IMPORTANT: Do not REJECT a registration, instead contact Nicole who can delete the 2025-2026 registration.
Please contact Nicole for any duplicate official registrations
Registrants in multiple categories - Combo Accounts
Sportlomo/Swimming Canada has resolved the combo account affecting overall registration status.
If a swimmer at Active status in the swimmer category is also registered as an official or coach, their swimmer status will remain Active.
REMS Admin users will see the different statuses if they click on the blue “i” on the left of a registrant’s name.
Member Lookup
REMS now allows a REMS Admin user to lookup registrants that are not part of their club. This will be particular useful for when registering an official who is transferring to your club. Find their REMS ID for group registration.
