Several resources and updates to support officials for the 2025-2026 competition season

We are pleased to share several resources and updates to support officials as we begin the 2025-2026 competition season in a few short days:

Meet Package updates:
- Templates for meet packages and required statements have been updated based on the Warm-up Procedure changes published by Swimming Canada on September 18. Please update your meet packages - the Competition Rules section has been revised.
- New Swimming Canada Warm-up Procedures
The Safety at Competition procedure and document linked in meet packages has been updated to include additional information for Swim Ontario Warm-up Rules and Two-per Lane Chase Starts.
The Swim Ontario Sanction Application Reference document has been updated.
Two new forms for competitions that are mentioned in the Admin Desk clinic have been made available to Meet Managers in google doc format. Meet Managers can make copies and customize them for their swim meets:
- SwimON Swim-Off Form
- SwimON Query of Time Form
REMS Entries Management for MM Drop-in Session:
- Swim Ontario will conduct two drop-in sessions via GOOGLE MEET to go over the meets module and entries management and known bugs and issues that meet managers and host club entries coordinators need to be aware of. As well as Q&A. October 6 & 9 from 8-9 PM. These drop-in sessions will not be recorded. Sign-up HERE
